Saturday, October 27, 2012 - Changes for New Home Warranties in Alberta
The government of Alberta has announced it is planning to make new home warranties mandatory throughout the province.
The planned changes would increase the amount of time a new home owner will have to make a claim, and increase the penalties to builders for building code violations.
The changes are expected to happen this fall, and it is expected that this will help to increase buyer confidence and level the playing field for home builders throughout Alberta.

Kerri-lyn was really great to work with - very professional and armed with information. She helped guide us to listing our condo at the right price and used her staging services to make the home appeal to buyers.
