I contacted Kerri-lyn, after having no luck with a previous realtors,and got frustrated, thinking I wouldn't find my very first home.

Kerri-lyn and her team were so dedicated to helping me find my very first home. They sat down and went over what I wanted in my house. She also went over all houses that I found and gave me feedback. As a young female she and her team filtered out all properties that were not good for resale or on the main floor. She also looked for places that were close to work and close to my mothers.

Kerri-lyn knew so much about so many properties and could rattle off if they were worth looking at or if we should stay miles away, and it was instant.

They sure don't show all the things that happen when buying your first house " Property Virgin" But Kerri-lyn  was always there no matter what questions I had.
