Kerri-lyn Holland (REALTOR®), who grew up in St. Albert, has had a passion for real estate for most of her life, and has over 15 years experience in real estate.  Jason Holland (REALTOR®), Kerri-lyn’s partner and husband, grew up in Morinville.  He shares Kerri-lyn’s love of the industry, having invested in real estate since the age of 22 (including a combination of family homes and rental properties).  Jason has joined the team after retiring from a pro-hockey career, bringing the same energy, drive, and work ethic to real estate that has made him successful on the ice.

Jason Holland Growing up in rural Alberta, Jason Holland always had an interest in real estate, second only to his love of hockey. He began investing in real estate at the age of 22 in both family homes and rental properties while striving to be the best on the ice. Jason played professional hockey in the NHL and in Europe for 16 years surrounded by stunning European neighbourhoods. Following his successful hockey career, he returned to Edmonton where he reignited his passion in real estate. As a hockey player he focused a lot on professionalism and being a hardworking player. He’s carried that focus into his work, bringing the same energy, drive, and work ethic to real estate making him one of Edmonton’s most successful luxury real estate agents. Jason client’s appreciate his down to earth style and straight forward nature coupled with his savvy investment and business skill. In his off hours you’ll still find him on the ice as the coach of his son’s minor hockey team.

Our Office Manager, Joanne Dubuc, has extensive management experience and knowledge in Construction, Finance, Investments and Insurance.  Joanne works in the office 5 days a week, managing the flow of communication and documents for Kerri-lyn and Jason’s clients,  which means that their clients can expect full service coverage between all team members, 7 days a week. 

Kerri-lyn and Jason both strongly believe in community involvement.  Jason volunteers his time coaching minor league hockey, and both Kerri-lyn and Jason are proud supports of local animal rescues and regular contributors (with every real estate transaction) to the Stollery Children’s Hospital, and the RE/MAX Sold on a Cure Campaign.
