My husband and I had the incredible opportunity to both list and buy with the team of Kerri-lyn, Scott and Catherine. We started our selling journey using Comfree, I have been involved with Realtors before and was never really given that great of an impression before, so Comfree seemed like the obvious choice. We were on the market for a few frustrating months when someone close to us suggested we give Kerri-lyn a try. I checked out her website and read some of the comments made, and thought it would be worth it to listen to her thoughts and opinions. She drove ALL the way out to our home in Spruce Grove and talked about how she runs her Real Estate business, and what types of ways she gets her listings sold. I was amazed...I fell in love. The way she sells is the way I buy. Give the buyer as much information prior to the initial contact, that way if they are contacting you, they are truly interested. We had no issue listing with Kerri-lyn.
 

Our next appointment we met her work partner, Scott, and could not have been more impressed with the teamwork that was presented to us, the way they worked off of each other during our meeting could only come with experience and a great sense of professionalism. Our listing went up right away and within the first week we had 2 showings. We were introduced to their assistant and again were blown away by the teamwork presented. The three of them run their business like a well oiled machine. Every “I” was dotted and every “T” was crossed, even the ones you had no idea existed. Our house sold within 2 months of listing and had 2 amazing Realtors in our corner during the negotiating stages.
 

Our buying process had the same level of professionalism and teamwork as we had grown to expect. During each viewing we would weigh out the pros and cons as a group and decide if it would fit into our needs or not, again, pros and cons that we would not have even thought of. They knew their neighbourhoods and knew what works and what is really just for show but not very practical. After we found a property or two that we loved and saw our family in, Kerri-lyn would go back, do a price comparison and give us her recommendation as to what our starting offer should look like and what our final number should be. She would not let us overpay for anything that was on the market, no matter what and when we found that perfect house, we did!
 

I cannot speak enough of how wonderful this team is. They are second to none. Each partner looks out for one another’s listings and their home base is run by one of the most well organized assistants out there. I would recommend the team time and time again, actually do to the amazing experience, I would almost be cautious of who I recommend to Kerri-lyn, Scott and Catherine, they all deserve only the best!
