I am so pleased to have worked with Kerri-lyn Holland for my condo sale.  I was relocating to Vancouver and knew that most of the sale would occur remotely.  It was important for me to have a realtor I trusted and someone who was able to get my condo up for sale quickly once I made the decision to put it up for sale.  I was really impressed with the entire experience, starting with how prepared and organized she was when we first met to discuss my sale, her professional selling package and her up-to-date communication throughout the sale.  It was very convenient to be able to work with Kerri-lyn’s full-time assistant Catherine, who was qualified to do up my paperwork and easily accessible at their central office location.  My buyer came through Holland & Associates and although I didn’t work directly with Jason, I felt that he was attentive and the sale proceeded in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend Kerri-lyn and team because of their market insight, experience and responsiveness.
