This was my second time dealing with Kerri-Lyn – this time as a seller rather than a buyer – and the experience was just as positive this time as last!  Kerri-Lyn and her team were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, responsive and helpful.  They provided excellent service throughout the listing and selling process including answering numerous questions, providing on-going feedback from showings, staging my home beautifully and seeing the sale through to a timely completion.  Thanks again Kerri-Lyn!

Parkview
Parkview is a residential neighbourhood in west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley. The neighbourhood is informally split into two smaller neighbourhoods, with the portion east of 142 Street called Valleyview and the portion west of 142 Street called Parkview. There is a small strip shopping centre, Valleyview Shopping Centre, located near the centre of the neighbourhood on the Parkview side of 142 Street.
