Kerri-lyn was referred to us by our builder and we sure are glad they did! This was our first time selling a home. The package that Kerri-lyn and her team put together is fantastic. The market research, photography, checklists and other handy info definitely was appreciated. Kerri-lyns approach was both professional and endearing. (She not only tolerated, but was so sweet to our two crazy Jack Russell's who were constantly pestering her!)
