We became very confident in Kerri-lyn's assessment of the market, and her research driven approach to the value of the homes we were looking at. I felt she had a very genuine commitment to finding the "right" home for me, not just making a sale, but continuously searching until we had found the right home in the right price point.  Kerri-lyn was a pleasure to work with and a complete professional. She or a member of her team were available to answer questions throughout the home buying process, and ensure that we had the information required to make informed decisions.  I would recommend Kerri-lyn and would definitely go through her again.

Parkview
Parkview is a residential neighbourhood in west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley. The neighbourhood is informally split into two smaller neighbourhoods, with the portion east of 142 Street called Valleyview and the portion west of 142 Street called Parkview. There is a small strip shopping centre, Valleyview Shopping Centre, located near the centre of the neighbourhood on the Parkview side of 142 Street.
