Wednesday, November 3, 2010 - Recent Client Feedback

Kerri-lyn was really great to work with - very professional and armed with information. She helped guide us to listing our condo at the right price and used her staging services to make the home appeal to buyers. Everything she did worked out really well and we got an offer after a week!!! In our condo area there were at least 3 other places on for sale, however Kerri-lyn made our condo stand out. We will definitely recommend her services to family and friends in the future. Usha and ...

Saturday, October 23, 2010 - Recent Client Feedback

We absolutely loved working with you! Thank you so much for the time and care you took with us. You treated us like first time home owners and not just another sale to rush through. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if we didn't have you as our realtor we would have ended up in an old run down house that we would have regretted; which could have tainted all of our memories of our first house. But you helped open our eyes to all possibilities and we ended up with a house we absolutely love ... Full Article...

I just wanted to drop you a note of THANKS! You, Kerri-Lyn and Catherine did a marvelous job on listing, advertising, showing and ultimately selling my Mothers condo in Edmonton. Tuesday, September 7, 2010 - Bank of Canada Expected to Freeze Rate Hikes

CBC News OnlineTuesday, September 7, 2010 | 12:41 PM ET The Bank of Canada should boost interest rates one more time on Wednesday and then could leave rates alone for as long as a year, according to many economists. That is because Canada's domestic financial strength is getting offset by a quickly flagging U.S. economy, reducing the necessity of raising borrowing costs on this side of the border. "Even if the BOC ultimately pulls the trigger on Wednesday, it is likely to be the last rate hike ... Full Article...
