Looking for something to do during Teachers’ Convention? Join the Humane Society for two fun filled days of animal interactions, games, crafts, and facts about your favorite furry friends! Camp Sit. Stay. Play! is a place where kids connect with animals. Their goal is to provide an opportunity for children to interact and learn about the animals that share our world. As they have fun, campers learn respect, compassion, and how to provide a lifetime of care for animals. Teachers’ Convention camp will be available during Edmonton Public and Catholic Schools Teachers’ Convention as well as the convention held for outlying schools’ teachers.

Parkview
Parkview is a residential neighbourhood in west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley. The neighbourhood is informally split into two smaller neighbourhoods, with the portion east of 142 Street called Valleyview and the portion west of 142 Street called Parkview. There is a small strip shopping centre, Valleyview Shopping Centre, located near the centre of the neighbourhood on the Parkview side of 142 Street.
