Wednesday, December 5, 2012 - Beaumont is Booming!

Between 2006 and 2011, the town of Beaumont's population increased by 50 percent, and it is expected to continue growing! 

Right now, Beaumont sits on 21 acres of land, but they are looking to increase this to make room for all of its new residents.  They are planning to expand in the north, south, and west directions.  

One of the new neighbourhoods that is currently underway in Beaumont is Ruisseau, where Look Homes Master Builder Inc. is one of the builders!

Parkview
Parkview is a residential neighbourhood in west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley. The neighbourhood is informally split into two smaller neighbourhoods, with the portion east of 142 Street called Valleyview and the portion west of 142 Street called Parkview. There is a small strip shopping centre, Valleyview Shopping Centre, located near the centre of the neighbourhood on the Parkview side of 142 Street.
