Lake Westerra is a new development in Stony Plain by Qualico!   Showhomes are already open (click here to view the neighbourhood map), and there are many lots located by natural areas. 

This new development in Stony Plain is located south of 79th Avenue, and west of Golf Course Road.   It is close to all amenities (schools, shopping, restaurants, a quick drive to the Tri-Leisure Centre in Spruce Grove), but it also boasts beautiful paved trails, parks with mature trees, and a large landscaped lake.

Parkview
Parkview is a residential neighbourhood in west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley. The neighbourhood is informally split into two smaller neighbourhoods, with the portion east of 142 Street called Valleyview and the portion west of 142 Street called Parkview. There is a small strip shopping centre, Valleyview Shopping Centre, located near the centre of the neighbourhood on the Parkview side of 142 Street.
