Saturday, November 3, 2012 - How do you want to start off 2013?

Would you like to get a jump start on everyone else's "wanna get fit"  new year's resolution?   Would you like to spending a little time each day doing something completely for yourself, in between all of the shopping, running around, and holiday chaos? 

There are still spots left in the Resolution Run, a 5k walk/run which takes place on New Year's Day.   Proceeds from the run benefit the William Lutsky YMCA (which is also where the run takes place).  This race always sells out quickly, so make sure you sign up soon (participants receive a great quality running jacket as well).  Our assistant Cat has already signed herself up...any challengers out there?

Parkview
Parkview is a residential neighbourhood in west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley. The neighbourhood is informally split into two smaller neighbourhoods, with the portion east of 142 Street called Valleyview and the portion west of 142 Street called Parkview. There is a small strip shopping centre, Valleyview Shopping Centre, located near the centre of the neighbourhood on the Parkview side of 142 Street.
